I spent most of my adult life in the Special Forces (SF) fighting for the people that couldn't fight for themselves, when you look at the motto of SF it sums it up perfectly "De Oppresso Liber", to free from oppression. Yes, in Special Forces we fight, and we are damn good at it I might add, but that's not all we do or who we are. SF is constantly working to make the world a better place whether it's medics performing medical and dental clinics in places where there are no clinics, our engineers assisting in repairing schools and other infrastructure, or the entire team involved in a civil affairs project. It was this training and mindset that taught me that everyone and not just the special operators could benefit from the training that I spent my life learning. "Outside the Wire" has always been a term used by the military to signify leaving the comfort and safety of your home base and venturing into dangerous areas, in today's world that can apply to everyone. As the world grows chaotic, with natural disasters, civil unrest events, and crime on the rise leaving your home can sometimes feel like you are going "Outside the Wire". That's why I founded our company, to teach everyone the medical, survival, situational awareness, and tactical skills they need to not only survive in today's world but to thrive. From beginners to someone preparing for Special Forces selection our trainers tailor the training to your experience and comfort level, don't ever accept training that's "good enough" when you can train with top tiered trainers. We look forward to seeing you at one of our training events.

"THE WHY"
MEET THE TEAM
MIKE
Mike is a retired Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D) from 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He joined the Army in 2002 just a few months after September 11th and was assigned to the 3rd Brigade 3rd Infantry Division, where he deployed to Iraq for the initial invasion. During his time there he was fortunate enough to get attached to operations with Special Operations to include Special Forces. It was these missions that led Mike to attend selection on his return and in 2006 he graduated the Special Forces Qualification Course as an 18D. During his time at 7th SFG(A) he deployed to Afghanistan 3 times and South and Central America on numerous occasions in support of Counter Narcoterrorism Operations. During his last trip to Afghanistan in 2017 Mike was struck by and enemy mortar and received injuries that resulted in medical retirement from the military in 2018, since then he has spent his time teaching students the skills that he learned during his Special Operations career. Mike also owns and operates a non-profit organization that was formed to assist the transition of our partner forces from Afghanistan into the United States after the Taliban took power of the nation.
